As a UPS partner we offer a flat rate of NOK 99,- for shipping with tracking. Delivery time is normally between 3 - 7 business days. Shipping cost does vary depending on weight. You will get the accurate shipping cost calculated when checking out. First we need to know the product you are purchasing and your address details. VAT will be added at check out for EU countries.

You can choose between credit card payment directly at our website through Stripe.

If there is anything wrong with the product you purchased or you are not happy with it, you can return the product and get a refund. If the item has been used, washed or not returned in the original packing, we unfortunately can not accept the returned product/s. You can return any unused product for a refund within 14 days after you received it. You can track your order via ups.com. You will receive an email with tracking number and information about your order. Therefor it's very important that you spell your email address and phone number correct when you place your order. If you do spell it wrong by mistake you can always contact us via our support form.

EU shipping Adrian Krog Shop will collect VAT (taxes) at check out. This means that you should not be charged for VAT when the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Adrian Krog Shop will be responsible to pay the additional taxes. You as a customer might be responsible to pay any extra customs clearance fees depending on the destination country's rules and regulations.
